Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Tracta account and the personal data associated with it.

Delete immediately in the app

If you still have access to the Tracta app, you can permanently delete your account immediately using the account deletion option available in the app.

Request account deletion by email

If you cannot access the Tracta app, you can request account deletion by sending an email from the email address associated with your Tracta account.

Please include:

the subject: Account Deletion Request
a clear request to delete your Tracta account
the request must be sent from the email address associated with your Tracta account

Important information about subscriptions

Deleting your Tracta account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
