Tracta · QR Labels for Items and Equipment

A label that helps you identify the right item.

Select items in Tracta and generate a PDF of QR labels to print. A scan helps identify the item; the QR page also offers a way to contact its owner if it is found.

What you can keep in order

Print several labels at once

Add the items you want to the QR editor and download their labels as a PDF.

Open the item in the app

Use the QR page to open the matching item in Tracta, with access controlled by your account.

Provide a return contact

A finder can use the contact option on the QR page without receiving access to your private workspace.

Plan the visit. Bring the details with you.

An event brings the date, place and people together. Link the tasks and items you’ll need so you can check them from the event’s details.

Set it once, repeat as needed

Schedule regular meetings or service visits. Change one occurrence, this and following occurrences, or the whole series.

See your part in the plan

Cards show when you’re organizing or participating. Assigned tasks are marked too, so your own work is easier to spot.

Keep the place in view

Choose a saved location or a GPS point. Location cards count upcoming events and recurring series separately.

Start with what you have

1. Save a place

Add the home, office, warehouse or other place you want to organize.

2. Record your items

Add equipment, photos, documents and the dates you want to remember.

3. Share the work

Invite the people involved and assign tasks to the right person.

4. Plan the next event

Choose a date, place and participants, then link the items and tasks needed.

Questions you may have

Does scanning a QR code expose my workspace?

No. The QR page identifies the item and provides a contact option. Access to private workspace records still requires the appropriate account permissions.

Can I plan recurring events?

Yes. Events can repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. You can edit one occurrence, this and following occurrences, or the entire series.

Will the person I add receive a notification?

Tracta highlights their assigned tasks and event role. On Android, they can also receive a push notification when notifications are enabled.
